Property Ratings at 3343 Memorial
The apartments are clean and well appointed, the staff is very friendly and responsive, the grounds are well kept, parking is great, location is fine (a bit noisy at the corner of a couple of major streets) but lots of convenient stores and shops.
I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Poor communication, RUDE staff from the office up to corporate. Mice in and around the homes but nothing will be done about it.

We recently leased an apartment at 3343 Memorial with Kevin. He was great to deal with and went out of his way to help us find the right apartment. Other apartment complexes that we looked at made it seem like they were doing you a favor. We will be leasing long term there for our son and feel safe with people like him running things.
They will tell you you are paying for a luxury apartment with countless amenities, but being able to hear every single thing your neighbors do is not luxury. They will tell you it is simply day-to-day noise, but countless nights without sleep from noisy neighbors is indicative of the opposite. A courtesy officer that doesn't answer your calls or concerns is NOT luxury. The list is endless. The office staff changed several times during the 3 years I lived there, each more lazy than the last. The current office staff was informed of all of the pet waste on the property. Pet owners pay for the doggy DNA service where they can determine whose pet it belongs to and be fined appropriately. The complex refused to have the pet waste tested because "it costs $70 per sample." Keep in mind, this is a SERVICE THAT EACH PET-OWNING TENANT PAYS FOR, BUT IS NOT UTILIZED. This level of laziness and lack of care permeates throughout the complex.
To begin, one things needs to be said - The maintenance / grounds staff are hands down the hardest working people at this apartment complex...maybe the only ones who work, to be honest. I lived here for approximately two years & moved out earlier this year. The appeal prior to moving in was the clean & modern appearance of the complex, manicured grounds, quiet/safe neighborhood, clean amenities, no smoking & minimal college crowds. However, shortly after moving in, rules on smoking were completely lifted, anyone who had a heartbeat was allowed to move in, boisterous bass-bumping car stereos became the norm at all hours of the night, the stench of marijuana filled the hallways, dog waste could be found everywhere and the experience of having a "home" quickly disappeared. Additionally, whomever designed these apartments had to have used the cheapest materials on the market. Unless you are blessed to be placed on the fourth floor, fully expect to listen to consistent stomping, jumping, screaming, intimate sessions, cabinets slamming, creaky floors (very, very creaky floors), window problems, and shaking walls due to the fact that no one in this complex knows how to shut a front door without slamming it with the force equivalent to a hurricane. Go ahead, contact management &/or courtesy officers....you may get a reply, but you may not; I think if you stand on one foot, they answer faster. Regardless, everything goes back to being loud 30 minutes later & the process repeats. Many nights were spent sleeping with headphones &/or ear plugs in to drown the sound of loud neighbors out. Last, but not least, the area surrounding this complex has gained (re)development interest for the City of Murfreesboro. I don't blame this complex for the sounds so this is sort of just a footnote in an otherwise honest review. Regardless, expect loud machinery, drilling, concrete pours, difficult traffic patterns, etc. in the immediate future surrounding this complex.
I selected a one bedroom apartment sight unseen while still living on the West Coast. Move in 5 mos. ago. Close to everything. The apartment is beautiful, great layout with high end finishes that you wouldn't expect in an apartment. Walls are well insulated--no sound issues from neighbors. Staff and Maintenance are professional! Love Tennessee and my new home!
This place is the best they have a big pool and the apartments are bigger than you’d expect there amazing and the staff is great here at 3343 memorial apartments.
I have lived here for 18 months. My apartment is lovely, quiet and spacious. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Beautiful pool, gym and community room. Management arranges events for families, such as Christmas parties and Halloween costume parties. All of the staff is courteous and helpful. I recommended this apartment complex to all my friends.
This apartment complex is well kept and has amazing amenities, but the sound and noise of neighbors is unlike any apartment I have lived in. The walls are so thin, you hear everything. Dogs barking, people talking, TVs, people slamming cabinets....The floors creak and every time someone slams their front door the walls shake. there’s constant traffic/dump trucks/leaf blowers, right next to a lot of restaurants and school traffic in the mornings...it’s 24/7 noise. The staff is helpful and maintenance is great, but for the cost, you’re better off getting a house somewhere.

My husband and I have lived here for 6 months! And we LOVE it! The office staff is so kind and helpful. The amenities are great and the complex is always so well kept! I will honestly be sad when we buy a house and have to leave 3343 Memorial! I would recommend this complex to anyone!

I've lived here for a year and a half and have loved every minute. The granite countertops, subway tile, and lighting are all so beautiful! Looking out at the pool from my balcony makes me feel like I'm living in a Florida resort! The community feels so safe as well and is very quiet. I did have one maintance issue once really late at night, and Chris came out immediatly to fix it! Their whole staff is great and always so nice. I love how pet friendly they are and how they're always so sweet to my pup, Rosie! I have loved living here and don't plan on leaving any time soon.

I moved into this apartment complex in February 2018. I love how modern and up to date every thing is. The maintenance staff is extremely nice and helpful. However, I have been dealing with extremely loud and inconsiderate upstairs neighbors since day one. (Yes, I expected to hear some noise, but this is excessive) Starting at 6:00a.m. I hear constant running, stomping, and jumping that does not end till 9:00p.m. I have tried everything just to have a little peace and quiet. I left a note on my upstairs neighbor’s door to inform them that they do have neighbors below them now. No change. After a week or two I contacted the curtesy officer to ask them to quiet down. The officer did make contact with them and they were quiet for about 30 minutes. After that the running, stomping, and jumping started again. Three months later, I then contacted the leasing manager to see if they can please help me or if there is anything they can do. I didn’t even get a response. So, do I recommend living here? Absolutely not, unless you are on the top floor. I will not be renewing my lease and I will not ever recommend this place.

I had recently moved from Aspen and it was the BEST decision EVER!! The office is a bunch of wonderful people who do whatever they can to help you! I had so many problems with unexpected costs showing up so I knew I had to make the move, 3343 is the place to be!! If you are apartment looking listen to me when I say COME TO 3343 and be apart of the best community in Murfreesboro!
This is the most beautiful property I have ever seen! The management staff is awesome. They made the entire moving process a breeze. My view over-looking the pool is stunning. The 24 hr fitness center is incredible and there is a trainer that will meet with you on site. I love living at 3343 Memorial!

After getting a new job in the area, 3343 Memorial made the process of finding the perfect apartment to fit my needs a breeze! The apartments are spacious and well designed. The management and staff are extremely helpful, and they go above and beyond to make sure their residents are happy and taken care of. If there's ever a problem, the maintenance staff is quick to fix whatever the issue is. The community is quiet and well kept - and full of amenities for the whole family. The location is great - it's a quick drive to all of the shopping and restaurants around. Overall, 3343 Memorial is a great choice!
This is the best apartment community! First of all the management team is fantastic and personable. The location is perfect - right next to restaurants, stores, and schools. The perfect spot for me and my son - we lead very busy lives so having things accessible makes life easier! The community is diverse and all of the amenities help to bond us. My friends who own homes can't get enough of 3343 memorial! 5 stars from me and my son never wants to move!
The apartments are very nice and laid out for comfort and convenience. Stainless steel appliances and granite.counter tops. Bathrooms are spacious and also with granite counters Staff is very well organized and helpful. A very nice community area with pool table , card table , an area for kids to play games on a large screen TV and a sitting area with TV. Also in the room is a self serve coffee and hot mocha set up with assorted flavors to pick from. There is a computer room with three computers and a printer. Also a nice exercise room well equipped with weights,tread mills and other equipment. Out the doors is a very large patio with pool , tables and chairs with umbrellas and two large gas grills. Also a gazebo with couches and chairs and a very nice gas fire pit with chairs surrounding it. The grounds of the complex are well landscaped with shrubs , trees and flowering plants. You couldn't ask for a nicer complex . Also the complex is located in one of the states top rated school districts. Elementary school borders the back side of the apartment complex and they are intending on putting in a walk way straight to the school. Since I moved to Murfreesboro in 2009 this is by far the best apartment complex I have lived at. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your needs are taken care of. Not to mention the apartments are beautiful. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to move.
This is a spectacular place to rent. I looked at just about every property in Murfreesboro. This one is by far the best with plenty of spaces still available. I really feel like I am staying in a nice hotel or well furnished condo. The new appliances in every apartment are hard to beat. For the same price as most other apartments you can get a brand new place to live. If you are looking for value, then look no further! The amenities are also wonderful! I have really enjoyed using the pool, but even more so the gym. I looked at other places, and their gyms seem to have been an afterthought, but this complex really did a great job making it feel like a real gym. Why bother with your gold's or planet fitness membership when you can have it included in your rent! Again, if you are looking for a great value, yet also providing a more high end experience, then 3343 is your place to be.

These apartments are literally brand new. I'm a Marine Corps Veteran and they give a 5% military discount/month for us as well. Gorgeous hardwood, granite and deep tubs as well as spacious accommodations for my dog! Gorgeous pool and cookout table, and they even have a poker set in the club house along with free coffee!! Great place, love it.
