New kitchen with stainless refrigerator and tile floor. Bathrooms have new sinks, toilets, bathroom cabinets, tile floors and plumbing. New carpets throughout. Must pass a credit check. Looking for someone long-term. 3700.00 per month If you need to move in a hurry this is not for you. We do phone interviews first. when we have a group of people we do a showing. You must have AAA credit. we do full credit and background check which you pay for. Parking is for one car only. No electric heaters allowed. No pets of any kind. There is an electric allowance included in the rent. Trash is for house hold trash only and must be bagged. we have 2 gates to get into the property so you can't see it from the street. Bugs: We live in the middle of nowhere. There are all kinds of bug which we are not resopnseable for including ants. We all get ants. Wild Animals: There are snakes, cyotes, mountain liones and other critters. This is mountain living. We are looking for some who will love living here as much as we do.
