We are walking distance to not one but TWO of the hottest restaurant areas on 32nd street: Highlands Square and LoHi (Lower Highlands). Minutes to all the attractions, Downtown, Coors Field, Mile High Stadium, Tennyson, museums, breweries, LoDo, the Capital, Union Station, 16th Street Mall, Denver Skate Park, Sloans lake, you can literally cross over the bridge or jump on the freeway and you're there. Public transportation is a breeze from this apartment. There is a bus stop 2 blocks away. A b-ride bicycle rental station. An Uber or Lyft can take you downtown or to the many attractions in the area for $5-$10. Utilities Electricity is separately metered and will be billed monthly. Shared utilities with the downstairs basement apartment include water, sewage and waste pickup, internet, and gas. This upstairs unit pays 2/3 of those costs, while the remainder is paid for by the downstairs apartment unit. Parking Parking is free on the street. This lease does not include access to the garage.
