The house is within a gated master ranch property and accessed by dirt road. It includes a large fenced yard, fire pit, BBQ, chicken coup, and a private enclosed two-car garage. The ranch is within the larger Mission Viejo ranch and next to Casper Park and is within 30 minutes from John Wayne Airport and Orange County beaches. The owner of the ranch visits and will spend most weekends at the main house. We are looking for an occupant that will have the right fit and chemistry for a friendly and cordial landlord/tenant relationship. Part-time work may be available but not required, like looking over the dogs that live at the ranch, feeding them, and walking them or letting them run around.
