About This Home
Hello - this is my condo for rent. Right across the street from Capitol Centre foods (one of the best small grocery stores in Madison), 2 blocks from the state capitol and the farmer's market. In walking distance to countless great restaurants, State Street, the UW campus, and bike paths that goes all around the greater Madison area. This is technically a single bedroom, but there is a full size den back room that functions as an additional complete bedroom for guests. Large included storage unit on a lower level. The unit is west facing, so you get hours of natural sunlight. Nice patio to sit out on and relax. It's on the 8th floor, so out of the way of Mifflin St action, with a nice in-unit fireplace. Extremely quiet building, perfect for medical residents, students, or people who work from home. The local internet is high speed fiber. An on site building manager receives all packages - full service. Unit is right by a quiet, high speed elevator. Included single parking spot is covered and is right next to the entrance - extremely convenient. Covered, off-street guest parking for ~1 week at a time is included. Unit will be mostly furnished (or not - let me know) - currently has nearly brand new high end bed sets. You can fly here and be relaxing on the patio within 5 minutes. No pets are allowed. 1 or 2 year lease. Background and credit check are required, as is a $100 application to the condo association - minimum 700 credit rating required, proof of income, etc. Any questions - let me know. Thanks!

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
