Orlando International Airport is approximately 40 minutes away. The central location provides easy access to theme parks, dining, and shopping, all within a secured resort community. Guests should be aware that there may be occasional areas of ongoing construction within the resort. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed in total, with a limit of 2 additional guests during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should not exceed 2 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests are required to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Initial supplies include shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap per bathroom; detergent pods for up to two loads; a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge in the kitchen.
