This unique property includes a cozy, remodeled 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom 960 sq foot house and a large, renovated storage warehouse of approximately 4950 sq feet.. NOTE: The house and warehouse MUST be rented together — they will not be rented separately. Use of the warehouse is limited to non marijuana uses such as storage etc... It cannot be an active business with employees/clients going in and out - that use is not permitted under zoning. The warehouse is one large open space, with two roll up doors, concrete floor, and high ceilings. There is standard power and basic water but NO water or bathroom inside the warehouse. There is a hose bib in front of the warehouse. Usage of the warehouse will have to be a non marijuana agricultural use or for storage. No retail or “in and out” business will be permitted (nothing with a lot of traffic that does not comply with zoning).
