I (female owner in 40s) and another female tenant (in 30s) live here in this 3 bedroom two-story one bathroom house. Full size kitchen with good storage and dishwasher, & with laundry in basement. Open front porch and a screened in back porch/catio. Dining and living room spaces are nice for entertaining. Ask re: pets, I have a cat already. More amenities, just ask.
