Needless to say, I would like to avoid the commute. I put $900 down as a security deposit that you would get FREE when lease is up!!This is a gorgeous, updated apartment that I wish I can pack up and take with me! I have a gorgeous view of the mountains. The amenities are wonderful- they have a two-story gym overlooking the beautiful pool and two Jacuzzi's. The barbeque area is right next to the pool with granite countertops, and several grills- perfect for summer hangouts and gatherings. There's even a fireplace and a playground for kids. The community is super friendly. I've been here since December and haven't had any issues. I have an assigned carport parking spot. Wood flooring, central heat and AC. Granite countertops in the kitchen with beautiful espresso cabinets. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom as well as the living area so your guests don't have to go through your bedroom. Walk in closet and plenty of storage closets. I really wouldn't move if I didn't have to. Please call or text me at show contact info leave a voicemail if I don't answer and I'll get back to you.
