About 331 Ridgewood Rd West Hartford, CT 06107
We're a couple in our early 30's looking for a roommate to take the downstairs furnished bedroom in a four bedroom house. The apartment has a queen bed, private en suite bathroom and private entrance. The house has a shared kitchen with a dishwasher, living room with cable/TV and back porch with a grill. It's right on the water with a nice view of the lake which you can also see from the bedroom. We have a huge back yard with a hammock. There's laundry in the basement. The driveway has more than enough parking spaces. We're a laid back couple who spend a decent amount of time at home. Clean but not neat freaks. Both working professionals so looking for someone with a similar mentality. Close to the mall, Trader Joe's, restaurants, target, etc. 2 min drive to 84 E/W. There is also a local bus line which takes you into downtown West Hartford and downtown Hartford that runs on our street. Also close to all major hospitals in the area, Uconn, HH, St Fran. Can't beat the location! The room and most of the property is nonsmoking. We ask that anyone who move in just be relatively respectful of noise etc. We both wake up before the sun rises most days. Anyone who moves in should be pet friendly as we recently adopted a puppy! We're not sure how she'll be with other animals so it will have to be on a case by case basis. Utilities and cable/wifi not included which usually ranges $100-$200/person/month for utilities and $30/month for cable/wifi.
