This is a 1 bedroom (13x12) with your own bathroom (10x7), located on the second floor. The bedroom is furnished but can also be offered unfurnished. First floor has kitchen, living room and laundry/powder room. It is listed as shared housing but I will be off-site most, if not all of the time. You will effectively get a private use of the whole house with my room locked and off-limits. Since you will be sole occupant of the house, utilities will become 100% of your responsibility.
