The shared laundry room includes a washer and dryer with detergent, and an iron with ironing board. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. A $200/night penalty will be incurred for any violation of the no smoking or vaping policy. A $250 penalty per pet, in addition to the applicable pet fees, may be applied if you bring a pet without notifying us or in violation of this policy. Guests who do not adhere to the quiet hours policy may be asked to leave, without a refund, forfeiting any remaining nights on their reservation. Guests who fail to follow check-out procedures may be charged an additional cleaning fee. Guests leaving after the check-out time of 11 AM may be subject to an additional fee of up to two times the average nightly fee paid by you to cover the inconvenience, plus all applicable guest fees, taxes, and any legal expenses incurred by us to make you leave.
