The guest bedroom has two full-size beds, each with a memory foam mattress. The bathroom is spacious and spa-like with built-in cabinets for plenty of storage and an updated shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality pots, pans, and accessories, a dishwasher, a kitchen dining area with seating for 6, and a formal dining room with seating for 14. Enjoy coffee and tea with the French press coffee maker, burr grinder, electric kettle, locally roasted whole bean coffee, and assorted teas and cocoa. For entertainment, there is fast Wi-Fi, a Roku TV where you can use your personal accounts to stream whatever you enjoy, books and games, and foosball (in shared laundry room). The apartment also includes a private washer and dryer and shared laundry in the building, free to use with detergent included, and an iron and ironing board. Outdoor areas are shared with other guests (there are 4 other apartments in the building) and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, including a gas barbecue, hammocks, fire pit, outdoor dining room with seating for 10, corn hole, covered front porch with sectional sofa, swings, native gardens and fountains. On the other side of Highland Park Golf Course, you will find Forest Park, which is home to a couple of cute restaurants and shops. Walk a few blocks further to enjoy the beautiful park, brewery, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and stores in Avondale.
