Renting one bedroom in North Park Hill for $725. Available May 1st. Hey, I am looking for one tenant for a bedroom in the downstairs unit of a house in Park Hill. The downstairs unit has three bedrooms, all carpeted, kitchen, living room, updated bathroom with rain shower and its own separate entrance. The other two bedrooms are currently being rented to a guy who is a field engineer for a software company and a guy who is a data analyst. They are both very friendly and easy going and like the outdoors and marathons. The bedrooms have brand new egress windows. There is a very large backyard with a fireplace grill and covered seating area. It has a large two car garage with plenty of space to store skis, bikes and other fun stuff. No pets please. It is 2 miles from 2 lightrail stations to take you downtown or to the airport. 12 min drive from downtown. Just 3 minutes from the 29th Avenue Town Center that has a bunch of cute restaurants and bars plus an amphitheater that they have concerts in during the summer. 3 minutes from King Soopers, 6 from Sam's Club and Walmart. 4 blocks from the nearest park but it has tons of parks nearby. 5 min to City Park. The closest breweries are Station 26 and Long Table Brewhouse which are both only 1 mile away. The upstairs is a separate unit with its own kitchen, bathroom and living room and there are three tenants up there. You would share the laundry room and the back yard. Utilities are split between upstairs and downstairs as well as the fast 1 gig fiber internet. They generally run between $50-$70. Washer/dryer in house. Background/credit check required. Deposit is $725 No pets please. 1 year lease. Available May 1st
