The condo complex has a lot of greenery within the premises, a swimming pool & jacuzzi, gym, club house, on-site management and electronic (fob-based) secure access to the premises. Tenants pay utilities - electricity, gas, internet (divided equally, for approx./average $50/month per person in a 2-occupancy situation).
