Lawn care and pool maintenance is included in the rental price. It's just a short walk down to Main Street for coffee shops,dining,shopping,or yoga. Want to eat in... grab a cheese board at Bimi's Cheese Shop or local produce and groceries at the Chatham Real Food Market Co-op. The Village is pedestrian friendly but you will need a car to get to/from here. Enjoy everything summer in the Hudson Valley has to offer from outdoor adventures to art and cultural activities. Hudson and the Amtrak station is a 25 min drive. 30 mins to Tanglewood,Lenox,or Great Barrington,and 35 mins to Albany.
