Property Ratings at 33 8th at Trinity Place
I shared in on Yelp review how much I love living here already and please notes it's been over half decade that I live here and to be honest this feel so comfortable in any aspect .. Cozy , Safety from Staff who taking care of me and really listen to the voice of resident. Maintainance about fire alarm is top notch ???? Transportation is super convenient just minutes to Costco or highway and surrounding by shops. Talk about noise level the walls is top tier too I can work from home peacefully or enjoy my time singing or walking without interupt anyone because the building itself is just build for living. It is so we'll insulated, so no noise from street at all. Overall Management is such a great team who done the great work for 2025 I never feel safe and love to live here this much like this year. Thank you so much to the best team. I don't know you guys but on the day of key fobs can't be used I see that some of you working late to help all the residents get into the building safely. This team reserve a raise ???? This is not just an apartment it is actually a quality lifestyle. And it is just a perfect place to live and I am truly enjoyment this community I mean THIS IS THE REAL GEM.
Moving into my new apartment has been an excellent experience from start to finish. Management: Ashish and Katie are outstanding managers—friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. They create an atmosphere where residents feel supported and respected. Leasing Team: Violette, Anna, and Kingston are exceptional at what they do. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and consistently go beyond the call of duty to inform, guide, and assist. They helped me every step of the way through the leasing, moving, and settling-in process, making everything smooth and stress-free. Maintenance & Cleaning: The maintenance team is responsive and efficient, and the cleaning staff keeps the building spotless while being friendly and welcoming. Their work really adds to the comfort and quality of living here. Location: The building is in an incredibly convenient location—just steps away from major bus lines, BART, and a variety of restaurants. As a bonus, the building even houses a delicious Turkish restaurant downstairs. Overall, I’m very happy with my new home. The staff, location, and overall environment make this building a wonderful place to live.
Very clean and fits my need/daughter’s needs to go to school from here.
I have been a renter for 7 years and "no issue" is the highest level of compliment I think an apartment complex can receive. I love the resident portal app that lets us submit maintenance requests, the maintenance team is always so helpful and efficient, and the leasing team is always competent and patient whenever I need them. I have not run into a single issue living at 33 8th so I appreciate all the work the team puts in behind the scenes to keep it that way!
Muy acogedoras las unidades y me gusta mucho la tranquilidad
33 8th St.rocks! Beautiful apartments, convenient transportation, and an amazingly competant, caring, and welcoming staff! I think Im going to love it here.
This community has gotten worst and worst - especially safety and cleanliness wise
Alea helped us to move in very easy, she is very helpful, I would recommend anyone to live here at 33 8th because it’s a very nice apartment complex.
Horrrible experience with this appartment! Staff doesn’t help resolve any issues and doesn’t cater to tenants needs
The apartment is great. The management team sucks. They never respond to my emails. They all take lunch at the same time and so good luck trying to find someone to help you between the hours of 12-2pm. Just not helpful at all. The shared grass space between all four building has restricted hours that makes no sense to me. I have to use a fob key to go in and out but that doesn't matter. Hours are from 8am-7pm. I get off work late and is forced to walk my dog on the streets where drug addicts are and I just feel unsafe. Wish I was told that the grass space has time restrictions before moving in. It was a big factor why I chose to live there. My windows are horribly dirty on the outside and I have no way of cleaning it. Don't know if they'll ever clean them because they do not respond. You share the water bill with the entire building so it doesn't matter if you use or don't use water, do laundry, or use the shared bathroom in the building. You're paying for it. Thought that was odd and unfair.
Overall, I like living here at Trinity place, it is in a very convenient location and it is easy to get out even during traffic rush. It is close to 101 and 280 and it is also close to many venues and entertainment. I love the sunset in the view, and I love the rooftop lounge. The staff is friendly and super helpful. If you simply ask politely for help. From the leasing office to janitorial and security and garage. Employees, they’ve all been super helpful. Whenever I needed anything. The rent pricing is very competitive compared to other apartment complexes I researched in the area before choosing this one. I had found some nicer apartments, but they were way more expensive. I feel that this complex has just about everything that you would need and it definitely feels like luxury living. I’m very happy and excited to live here.
It is a horrible place to live. I would say find another place. They only care about cutting corners to increase a profit. It is a joke.
Trinity Plaza is a great community of apartments with attentive management and maintenance. It's a rougher area of town, but definitely feels like a diamond in the rough. The team are very responsive on any issues that arise, and repairs generally are done promptly. Tyler is always very kind in the office downstairs when something comes up, and we really do love how central the location is, even if it's a bit Wild West out on the streets in this neighborhood.
I have resided here at 33 8th Street 26 since June 1, 2022 and I have not had one single negative interaction with any of the other residents or management team. It is peaceful and quiet throughout the building. All the residents I have had encounters with are respectful and courteous and it appears that way in the numerous interactions amongst other residents I have witnessed over the years.
Great people, great apartments and great property!
I love living at 33 8th St. Everything feels very safe (which is a big deal living in downtown SF). Everything is very convenient, especially the garbage and laundry set up. I love the gym and rooftop lounge! My apartment is beautiful! (I love the big refrigerator and the fancy bathroom with the walk in closet.) The location is very convenient being right next to the BART and the farmer’s market. And the staff are very helpful! (Thank you Tyler!) I would absolutely recommend living here.
Ever since graystar took over there has been many problems with building maintenance. Especially elevators
33 8th Street is a great building! The fitness center and rooftop community area are just a couple things that make it a fantastic place to live. Our unit is just right for our needs with a cozy floorplan, lots of cupboard space, new kitchen appliances, huge walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom. We're in the heart of downtown - close to farmers markets, the main library and transit that will take us anywhere around the Bay we could possibly want to go. We're happy to call 33 8th Street home!
Since I have moved in I have been in awe, overwhelmed with joy with how beautiful and comforting, secure the building is. Everyone is very kind and helpful. Also being surrounded by everything you need , transportation, groceries store, local stores, etc. it’s just beautiful hands down the best Christmas for my daughter and myself. Thank you guys for making this the smoothest move I have ever experienced!
33 8th Street is a hidden gem in the Civic Center area. Walking into the building and looking down at the courtyard I feel like I’m in a different part of the city, which is something great!
I have been living at this location for about 2 years now and I love it. Extremely accessible to transportation (BART/Muni), close to a good number of bars and restaurants, and conveniently near some of my favorite spots (the SF Library and the Orpheum Theatre). The rooftop has lovely views and is the spot to be for celebratory holidays like 4th of July and New Years. I would recommend this spot for folks who both commute and work nearby.
33 8th St. is a excellent place to live. I would recommend the company to a friend.
