Two bedrooms (one bedroom does not have a window) two bathrooms, small workout room, full kitchen , small storage area, theater living room, pool table. Street parking (plenty of space). Approximately 1800 Sqft. All utilities, downstairs theater couch and pool table included. This is a gated community at Aloha Beach in Denver, Colorado. It is a lake community within 7 miles of downtown Denver. 15 or so miles to Red Rocks. It can be a very lively community. It is a unique experience. There is a lot of activity outdoors, paddle boat, swimming, stand up paddle board, fishing etc Two light rail stations reasonably close to the house, that light rail goes directly to union station in downtown denver. Also close to LoHi and the Highlands, 32nd and Lowell good nightlife and great restaurants. Reasonably close to RiNo like 5-6 miles Walking the neighborhood lakes is great fun. The light rail station is reasonably close, which goes to downtown and could also connect to an airport light rail.
