There is a large furnished living room (with a very nice and large sectional sofa, a coffee table, and a TV) and a dining area (with a dining table and benches), and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, pots, pans, etc. There is also a finished basement with a nice bar, a sofa bed, and a sofa. There is a laundry room with a drier and a washer. It comes with a garage as well. It has a nice fully fenced backyard. These utilities are included: water, sewer, gas, electricity, garbage, internet, and You/Tube TV. Tenants needs to do yard care and snow removal. Renter's insurance is required. We do require background check and no eviction history. Applicants' credit score is expected be at least 620 (negotiable).
