On the annual Neighborhood Pride Day, the entire community does a clean sweep for any debris found in town and plants trees. One of the most popular events is the Make Your Dad Sweat! Annual Father's Day Fun Run & Dog Jog. This 5k race encourages people to wear ugly ties and make donations to the local pet shelter.
