I'm going to be moving out of state in March, and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at the Glenn apartments with Bristol Urban. It's a great location right at 32nd and Hawthorne in SE across from the Hazel Room and the Gold Dust Meridian. It's a big 750 sq ft studio up on the 2nd floor off the ground level with 2 big separate rooms just no door. The total rent is $1545 including water, sewer, trash, and hot water, and the lease you're taking over runs out 08/31/17. So a great short term opportunity thru the summer, and I'm sure it'd be easy to renew and sign a new lease once it runs out. I really want to get it taken care of soon and before I leave and not worry about it much longer, so I can cut you a good deal. Like there would be no move-in costs cause I put down a $600 deposit that will transfer to your name and if we work it out relatively quick can even give you the last week of February free. You will have to get approved through Bristol Urban's website approval process before we will be able to transfer the lease. If you're interested send me an email with any question or to see it.
