About This Property

We purchased this beautiful home two years ago and renovated it with the intention of staying long-term to be close to family. However, work has since required us to relocate out of state. We hope to return someday, but in the meantime, we are offering our recently renovated, modern 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome for rent. We absolutely loved living here. The renovations were done based on what we wanted, with two Master bedrooms, each with large walk in closets and bathrooms. Its proximity to I-25 makes it convenient to travel around the Denver metro area. The location is also close to numerous great restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the quiet community pool, which is included in the rent.
