This wonderful BEACHFRONT upper level home with its spacious private terrace overlooking the bay is the perfect place for your staycation in San Diego. The home is suitable for a small group of 5 people (3 adults, max). Located at 3265 Bayside Walk, its location is absolutely priceless. Walk out the front gate and your feet are in the sands of Mission bay; walk 2 minutes west and you're surfing the blue Pacific. HOUSE DETAILS AND AMENITIES This waterfront beach retreat features 1,600 sq.ft. living space, 4 bedrooms (incl. DEN) and 2 bathrooms. The unit offers a well equipped kitchen, open floor plan, flat screen TV in the living room, TV in the Master bedroom, cable, Wi-Fi, central heating, AC, high speed internet, cable, new washer & dryer on site (shared with lower unit) and a 2 car garage. Linens, towels, beach towels, blow dryers, iron, iron board, boogie boards, beach chairs, high chair and pack 'n play are provided for your convenience. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS King bed Queen bed 2 twin beds Sleeping couch in DEN Crib and pack n play PARKING 2 car garage (fits mid-size SUV and mid-size sedan). LOCATION The property's location is absolutely priceless. Walk off the patio and your feet are in the grass that leads down to the Mission Bay water; walk two blocks (3 Minutes) west and you're surfing the blue Pacific. Centrally located in South Mission Beach, this wonderful vacation home is in walking distance to fun beach activities, bike rental stores, convenience stores, bars and restaurants. Belmont Park with its famous Roller coaster is only one block away. Easy access to freeways. ONLY 5 minutes from Sea World. 15 minutes to San Diego Zoo/ Wildlife Park, Downtown and Balboa Park. PLEASE NOTE We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy. This is the upper of a two unit property. MONTHLY RENT (including everything) March-April $8,000 June 2024 $15,000 and July-August 2024 $16,000 Please note the price is for 3 people. Any additional person (up to 5 total) is $300 per month.
