The Button Lofts is minutes from downtown Rochester with easy access to US 490, making anything in Rochester 25 minutes away at most. The neighborhood is eclectic, with tattoo shops, hot dog joints, old stately homes along tree-lined streets, and shops selling a host of paraphernalia. The comfort or rights of neighbors must not be interfered with. This means that annoying sounds, odors, and lights are not allowed, including loud music, arguments, frequent and/or late-night invitees, unruly or threatening behavior, and other disturbances. Parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 9 am. The guest must return all keys, fobs, or garage access cards upon leaving. The guest is responsible for compliance with all trash recycling regulations. No parking is allowed on premises except in permitted areas. The guest must notify Management immediately upon discovering water leaks. The guest must maintain clean and sanitary conditions. Long-term guests will supply and install all light bulbs but will leave all installed light bulbs when vacating the unit. If any furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original location. No additional people will stay in the unit than the number reserved without notification and approval. The guest must complete a Property Condition form within 48 hours of arrival. The guest must pay all fees and expenses for any repairs or services due to the guest’s fault or actions. If any damage is found, the guest will be expected to cover replacement costs. No pets are allowed without written permission. The minimum age to rent is 25. Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the unit or on the property. [SI]
