With 1 off street parking and $50 for additional parking spots. 325 Amherst is located in the Corey Square neighborhood and is 2 mi from I-93 and 1 mi from Route 293, making for an easy commute to any location for food, school, work, or play. Accessibility: This apartment is on the 1st floor. This owner is currently accepting section 8 and VASH. The rent is $1,395 per month; tenant is responsible for gas and electricity and water and sewer. An additional pet charge is $50/per month for each cat and $75/per month for each dog. We do have breed restrictions. Please make sure your dog qualifies before applying. To move in, we require one month's rent on the day you move in and one month's rent as a security deposit within three days of signing the lease. The second month's rent will be prorated based on the day you move in. Renting this apartment is as easy as 1,2,3! 1) Please call Blue Door Living at or visit to self-schedule a showing. 2) Fill out our online rental application at .
