The adjacent living area can hold any size sofa and furniture, with space left over for a dining area. Both bedrooms are generous -- the primary will fit a king bed, and then some, while the second bedroom can accomodate at least a queen bed, or can be used as a guest room or office, while not skimping on closet space. There's in-unit laundry, central AC and an elevator, while outdoor access includes a private balcony overlooking Ashland. Garage parking is an additional 100 dollars per month, but the location is super-walkable, with Whole Foods, gyms, dining and public transportation on Lincoln and Ashland avenues right outside the door. Cats and small dogs are welcome.
