The kitchen has laminate countertops and includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, and electric cooktop. Off of the kitchen is a dining room. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combo. The second bathroom is near the other two bedrooms and has a shower-tub combo. No utilites included. We are pleased to say this home is pet-friendly. We will consider up to one dog under 15 lbs. Prior approval is required, and all pets are screened through a 3rd party provider. (Aggressive breed dogs will not be considered). There is a non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet.
