About This Home
This is as close as you can get to Summit County for Park County prices in a beautifully renovated home. :) It's easy to walk down to main street, stop at Almart, jump on the bus to Breckenridge, or go for a hike. Painted mural in the upstairs bedroom makes for a fun kiddo room and a good chunk of the furniture can be included optionally. We've taken the bus from main street to the Gondola for skiing and our kiddos went to school in Breckenridge (we worked in the county, commute to Breck is about 20 minutes). We've enjoyed hosting guests. The gazibo in the backyard is a great shaded spot to watch kiddos play or watch for wild life. It's quiet, which we've enjoyed very much. --- There's 3 bedrooms. One small, and two very large rooms. Laundry in unit. Plenty of parking. Additional storage below the house in a crawl space for summer gear and very large closets~!
