The family room is designed for togetherness, with ample seating for the whole family to relax, play games, or plan the next day’s itinerary. Enjoy the private patio with a grill (a $30 cleaning fee applies) and loungers, plus a balcony lounge. Access to the community pool, gym, volleyball and tennis courts is available for an extra fee of $100 + tax per group per day, charged only if you choose to enjoy those facilities. A shuttle is available upon request at the concierge for a fee. Nestled in Magic Village Yards, the villa is just minutes from Disney World (8 min), Sea World (20 min) and Universal Studios (30 min). Nearby dining options offer world-class meals within a couple of miles. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind.
