This is a spacious upper level duplex apartment with three bedrooms and one bathroom with a very nice sized kitchen and bathroom. All original hardwood floors are throughout the unit with a modern grey color wall. There is a wonderful private upper deck for you to enjoy your morning coffee or night time cocktails. Included with rent is off street parking and a private storage unit in the basement. There is onsite laundry with a coin-op machine. Enjoy the shared backyard to grill or have a bonfire. Very convenient location, just a few blocks East of 35W. Very quiet neighborhood with ample street parking for guests. Cats are welcome in this unit with an additional pet security deposit and cat fee of $20/month. Two cats max. You pay your own electric and gas and have full control of your heating.
