We have a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom house in Loves Park for rent. This house comes with a 2-car parking pad, large shed, deck, and laundry hook ups. Tenants pay for gas and electric. The owner pays for sewage and garbage and tenants receive a $50 credit towards the water bill each month. We charge a $50 nonrefundable application fee for the first person and $25 nonrefundable application fee for each additional co-applicant.
