The apartment is on the 300 block of Market Street, three blocks from the beach, and half a block from the center of Abbot Kinney BLVD. Great neighbors, and pleasant ocean breezes. Some nights you can hear waves crashing on the Venice shore. I'm looking for a one year lease with the first month's rent and a deposit to move in. $5200 per month with a $5200 deposit. The apartment is shown furnished in some pictures, the later pictures are the unit empty. Tenant pays for Gas, Water, and Electric. Please call for an appointment to come and see this apartment.
