The unit has cherry kitchen cabinets and hardwood floors. Within the past few years it has had new lighting, new windows, new furnace, and hot water heater to make it very energy efficient. There are only 2 apartments above our office building so it is very quiet and there is even a laundry area in the back hall where the apartments can enjoy easy access to free laundry.
