Down the central staircase is the semi-finished basement, with rec room area, storage, and laundry. No smoking, no pets. Tenants are responsible for gas, water, and electric. Tenants are responsible for lawn care and snow removal. We do charge an application fee of $40 per adult to check background, references, and credit.
