low price low quality
landlord won't be attentive to anything he'll respond but won't actually fix any problems ignores you. thermostat for baseboard heating is broken and landlord refuses to fix so paying a huge amount for electric and the quality of these apartments are very low not satisfied at all glad I don't live there anymore
