The space can accommodate up to a maximum of 9 people (i.e., 2x on the king, 2x on the queen, 2x on the top of the trundle, 1x on the twin moved out from the trundle, and 2x on the sofa which can be rearranged into a full bed). If your party only has adults, please do not try to accommodate 9 guests.

* PET-FRIENDLY HOME ($200 pet fee; 2 dogs max) *
Bring your furry friends along. They'll get to enjoy and run around the spacious yard while you relax in the sunroom. We currently allow two small dogs per booking.
* TWO IN-DOOR FIREPLACES *
The living room fireplace is an electric fireplace.
Please do not burn any wood inside the family room fireplace for safety reasons.
* NO SMOKING INSIDE *
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
* RING DOORBELL / FLOODLIGHT*
Please note there is: (i) an exterior ring doorbell camera, and (ii) an exterior ring floodlight, capable of recording. For security purposes, please always close the front storm/screen door.
Any tampering with the camera will not be tolerated, and will result in a fine of $500.
* NO PARTIES/EVENTS *
