Pool heating is available upon 24 hours advance request for an additional fee of USD$35 plus tax per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. A $35 fee plus tax is required for the usage of the grill available at the properties. Please note, not all properties have a grill available onsite, for that reason, a grill rental option is offered according to availability. Pets are not allowed inside the pool at any time. The property distance to the main clubhouse is around 5 minutes walking. No commercial vehicles, boats, house trailers, boat trailers, mobile homes, campers or trailers of any description shall be parked in any parking space. This community is not pet friendly and may request proof for service animals. Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 10AM. Early check-in at 10AM or late check-out at 4PM is available, check prices and availability. All properties are 100% smoke-free. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the house or patio/pool area. In case of any signs of smoking in the house, there will be an additional non-refundable fee of $250 USD plus tax. Guests are expected to empty full trash bins and dispose of garbage bags in appropriate compactor. There will be an additional USD$100 fee plus tax for an excessive amount of trash left in the house or overflowing bins. Guest agrees not to set the air conditioning temperature lower than 70ºF or above 78ºF degrees. All units have a central HVAC system, for that reason it should not be turned off at any time. Guests are aware that there is an emergency email to contact after business hours. For safety, all windows and doors should be kept closed and locked all the time. Unauthorized additional guests will incur a penalty of 50% of the total night rate of the reservation plus tax. The cleaning fee charged on the reservation is related to the final cleaning after guest check-out. Internet and cable service is complimentary. However, service interruptions or slowdown may occur and cannot be held responsible. A laptop computer is not included.
