Diamond Peak Ski Resort is less than 1 mile away, and the free Diamond Peak Shuttle is a 5-minute walk. Sand Harbor Beach is about 4 miles away, and the East Shore Trail is 1.5 miles from the home. Tunnel Creek hiking/biking is a 5-minute drive, and Mt. Rose is about 15 minutes by car. Kings Beach is 10–12 minutes away, and Zephyr Cove is 25–30 minutes away. Incline Village is quiet, upscale, and known for safety, natural beauty, and incredible year-round recreation. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the home or in the outside space, and smoking in or on the property is subject to a $300 fee. Pets are not permitted. Parking is not permitted for RVs, trailers, boats, or other recreational/commercial vehicles.
