The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, and all necessary cooking essentials. The complex’s shared outdoor pool is typically open from mid-June to Labor Day, managed by the HOA. Guests can access the local recreation center for an additional fee, offering a gym, fitness classes, an indoor lap pool, a sauna, and complimentary child care while using the rec center. Guest pricing is set by the recreation center. Incline Village truly has something for everyone in every season! In the summer, public beaches like Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and Zephyr Cove are a short drive away. Enjoy hiking and trails nearby at Tunnel Creek or Mt. Rose. In the winter, the home is steps away from the free Diamond Peak shuttle service or a short drive to ski resorts including Mt. Rose - Ski Tahoe, Northstar Ski Resort, Alpine Meadows Ski Resort, and Palisades. The home is also close to several restaurants and a grocery store. Parking is available with 2 unassigned spots, not to be used for commercial or recreational vehicles. Parking passes must be displayed in vehicles at all times, with a $50 replacement fee charged per pass if not returned before departure. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am. The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age. Smoking in or on the property is subject to a $300 fee. Pets are not permitted due to allergies, including service animals or cats. Replacement fees will be charged for unreturned parking passes, house keys, and beach passes. A $250 penalty fee plus overage amount will be charged if more credits are used on a beach card than agreed upon.
