Feel at home in this charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome. This home blends mid-century modern style with high-end furnishings, cozy mountain vibes, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the convenience of 4 Roku smart TVs with complimentary cable, new Casper memory foam mattresses, room-darkening shades, a dining table with seating for 6, and board games. The fully equipped kitchen includes a drip coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, organic coffee and tea, cooking essentials, wine glasses, durable melamine beach glasses, a washer and dryer with detergent, fresh towels and linens, complimentary toiletries, beach towels, hair dryers, an iron, and basic cleaning supplies. Family-friendly extras include a sound machine, night light, video baby monitor, kids’ dishware, a step stool, and toys. An exterior ski locker/storage closet is available for gear storage. Parking is available for 2 unassigned vehicles in the community lot. Parking passes must be displayed at all times, and there is a $50 replacement fee for missing passes. Access to the Incline Village Rec Center gym, classes, sauna, and indoor pool is available for guest fees. Private Incline beaches require guest punch cards purchased in advance, and availability is limited. Located in one of the most desirable areas of Incline Village, this home is just minutes from Diamond Peak Ski Resort, Lake Tahoe’s pristine beaches, and incredible hiking trails. You're close to a variety of local restaurants, with Raley’s grocery store just down the road, and coffee shops and casual dining within minutes. Diamond Peak Ski Resort is less than 1 mile away, and the free Diamond Peak Shuttle is a 5-minute walk. Sand Harbor Beach is about 4 miles away, and the East Shore Trail is 1.5 miles from the home. Tunnel Creek hiking/biking is a 5-minute drive, and Mt. Rose is about 15 minutes by car. Kings Beach is 10–12 minutes away, and Zephyr Cove is 25–30 minutes away. Incline Village is quiet, upscale, and known for safety, natural beauty, and incredible year-round recreation. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the home or in the outside space, and smoking in or on the property is subject to a $300 fee. Pets are not permitted. Parking is not permitted for RVs, trailers, boats, or other recreational/commercial vehicles. Parking passes, house keys (if used) and beach passes must be returned or a replacement fee will be charged. If you purchase credits on a beach card and use more than agreed upon, you will be charged a $250 penalty fee plus the overage amount. HOA rules and STR county rules must be followed at all times. The person booking the home must be the primary guest staying in the home and be at least 25 years of age. Incline is at high elevation, so stay hydrated.
