The large half-bath is found on the main level. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinet space! Upstairs you have all three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom and walk-in closet. The hook ups for washer and dryer are in an upstairs hallway closet, conveniently close to the bedrooms! The two bedrooms and the second full bathroom are down the hallway. There is a 2-car garage with a door leading to the kitchen. Guest parking is available and only a short distance from the front door. The tenant is responsible for all utilities, the owner pays for Trash and the HOA. Up to 2 small dogs are allowed. Unfortunately no cats at this time. There is an additional $300 deposit per pet and an additional $35 monthly fee per pet added to rent. Pets will have to be up to date on their shot records. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 11-month lease minimum.
