About This Home
We are located in the Stadium District, a great walkable neighborhood, near parks and amenities. The apartment building has 4 units. The owners and managers are a couple that live on the first floor apartment, and there are 3 other apartments on the second floor. The building was built in 1896 and has a lot of character. It's a beautiful Victorian Italianate style building, and one of the few brown stones in Tacoma. As landlords we try to minimize rent increases, only making them when necessary to cover necessary expenses related to the property. Consistent with Tacoma's tenant bill of rights, we will provide 6 months' notice for any rent increases. Note - Each studio apartment is for ONE occupant. The space is suited for a single renter. And we do not allow dogs or cats in the building, so please do not express interest if that's a deal-breaker. FYI.
Notes: Current photos for this listing reflect a VERY SIMILAR but not identical unit in the building. In early June, we will update the photos to reflect the actual unit. This studio apartment is for ONE occupant. The space is suited for a single renter. And we do not allow dogs or cats in the building, so please do not express interest if that's a deal-breaker. FYI.
320 N Yakima Ave is an apartment community located in Pierce County and the 98403 ZIP Code.

As one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Tacoma wrapped around a stunning historic high school, the Stadium District features lush hills, Victorian architecture, and stunning views of the bay. Stand on the sidewalk along North Stadium Way between the Washington State Historical Society building and the landmark Stadium High School and gaze out over the water. Then glance down -- the Stadium Bowl offers fantastic views of Commencement Bay and Puget Sound and is considered one of the best high school football stadiums in the country (you may have trouble focusing on the game, the view is so amazing).
The Stadium District is near Downtown Tacoma and is considered a business district. Here, you'll discover a variety of restaurants and shops, grocery stores and banks, coffee shops and corner bakeries. The district hosts several festivals and events, such as the Dickens Holiday Festival in December.
