Limited parking for 2 cars or off street parking on Manitou Avenue. The house is walking distance to downtown Manitou Springs also on the Metro bus system. The home has a Front patio, side covered patio, central air, central heat, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen, and updated bathrooms. Water and trash are included with rent, Gas and Electric are the tenants responsibility. The property is pet friendly (2 pet maxium) with an additional deposit. Tenant is reponsible for their own lawn upkeep and care. Designated parking area for 2 vehicles that must be registered and insured. Date Available: September 1, 2025 $2800/month rent. $2800 security deposit required and $300 per pet deposit. Pets must be non-aggressive and must present updated shot records.
