Off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles is available in the driveway in front of the house. Both the front & side door are equipped with electronic locks for your keyless convenience. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious front porch off of your front door or enjoying the large backyard off of your side door. You also have exclusive access to your own spacious basement which has tons of room for storage, as well as washer & dryer hookups for your convenience. Rent includes water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, & snow removal. Tenant pays gas, electric, internet, etc. $995 first month’s rent & $995 security deposit are due at lease signing. $20 application fee per adult will be paid by the applicant directly to the background check/credit check company. Maximum of 2 cats allowed (sorry, no dogs). Requirements: -Current government-issued photo ID & valid social security number -Minimum household income from verifiable source of at least $2,985/month -$995 first month’s rent & $995 security deposit due at month to month lease signing -Positive references from all previous landlords for last 3 years -Last 3 months of rent receipts from current landlord -No smoking of any kind on the premises -Cats allowed (maximum of 2, must show proof of spay/neuter & up to date on shots) with a one-time, non-refundable $250 pet fee and additional monthly pet rent of $25/month per cat (Sorry, no dogs). -Renter’s insurance required -Must have a favorable credit score -Maximum occupancy of 2 persons per bedroom
