Parking is on the driveway in front of the garage, or under the 1-car carport. RV space with hookups is also available for an additional fee. This is a pet friendly property; please inquire with weight, breed and training of your dog for consideration. An additional pet fee of $100 per booking will be requested at the time of booking. 2 dogs max. Featuring quick access to downtown Sequim, this property lies near the Olympic Discovery Trail, Sequim Bay State Park, John Wayne Marina, and many great trailheads to venture out into the Olympic National Park. After a day of hiking or exploring, enjoy sitting fireside on the lush lawns surrounded by towering trees and foliage, or play a game of badminton (rackets and birdies provided). Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 penalty fee and you are subject to immediate eviction. If pet droppings are found on the property there will be an extra charge of $35 per pile. Renters who do not comply with the non-smoking policy may be asked to leave without a refund and may be assessed with a $300 smoke removal fee, charged to the renter’s credit card. Additional guests, beyond what was agreed on, is not permitted. Check out is at 11 AM, overstaying will be penalized with $50 USD per hour.
