The third-floor bedroom has its own A/C and heat. The closet is about 9 feet long. The washer and dryer hook ups are in the basement. There is off-street parking for one vehicle. No parking on the grass. You can park on the street too. You pay all utilities. Our requirements are: A one-year lease, no evictions or felonies in the past 5 years- the household makes at least 3x the monthly rent. A $50 application fee per adult.
