This home has central heat and air conditioning. The back door is 38 inches wide, so your large refrigerator and stove will fit into the kitchen. All floors are hardwood except in the kitchen and bath. There is a nonworking fireplace in the living room. French doors open to the dining room. Kitchen cabinets and sink were new 2 years ago. The bath is on the second floor near the bedrooms and it has a large mirror and vanity lights. The vanity top is 36 inches long. It has a new tub and shower surround. The tub and sink faucets and handles are newer. We still have some repairs and cleaning to do before you move in. Three bedrooms are on the second floor. The third-floor bedroom has its own A/C and heat. The closet is about 9 feet long. The washer and dryer hook ups are in the basement. There is off-street parking for one vehicle. No parking on the grass. You can park on the street too. You pay all utilities. Our requirements are: A one-year lease, no evictions or felonies in the past 5 years- the household makes at least 3x the monthly rent. A $50 application fee per adult. Limit occupancy to two people per bedroom. No animals. No smoking.
