The open-layout living area offers a cozy couch that converts to a queen-size bed, and a TV with standard cable. The fully stocked kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, a crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine. A washer and dryer are available in the hallway, along with an iron and ironing board. Enjoy a private, gated wraparound balcony for watching sunrises and sunsets. The community offers a seasonally heated pool and hot tub, available year-round, with gated access for guests of the complex only. Community charcoal grills and a picnic area are also available.
