Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Smoking is prohibited, and any sign or smell of smoke will incur a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed at this property. No events or vendors are permitted. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. Due to the tropical climate, tropical insects and wildlife may be encountered. Swimming in the bay is at your own risk due to aquatic species. The property is treated regularly for pests, but encounters are possible. Snakes may be seen near rocks. Guests are responsible for reporting any hazardous items within 2 hours of check-in. Children are not child-proofed, and parents are responsible for child-proofing. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property or its furnishings.
