The spacious bedroom is complete with a king-size bed and memory foam mattress, a 55" smart television, and a balcony with two hammock chairs. The bathroom offers a walk-in tile shower and a double vanity. Two adult bikes are provided for guests to use. Two dedicated parking spots are available, with additional guest parking spaces. A state-of-the-art RainSoft whole home water filtration system, upgraded with reverse osmosis technology, ensures clean, pure, and great-tasting water throughout your stay. This property is ideally situated on Okaloosa Island, known for its less crowded beaches and proximity to Destin. Enjoy easy access to the boardwalk, Santa Rosa Sound, and numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a 2-minute walk via the boardwalk, and the Santa Rosa Sound is just a minute or two away, also connected to the boardwalk. The property is attached to the Okaloosa Island Beach Access #1 Boardwalk, leading directly to the Gulf of Mexico's sugar-white sandy beach and the intercoastal waterway near the Brooks Bridge. Please be aware that due to the island's tropical climate, tropical insects and other wildlife may be encountered. While the space is regularly treated for pests, encounters with palmetto bugs, wood roaches, mosquitos, and other creatures are possible, especially during storms. Snakes such as water moccasins may be seen near rocks. Swimming in the bay carries risks due to various aquatic species. Guests are advised to be aware of their surroundings. Check-in time is 4 PM or after. Guests are asked to notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. Check-out time is 10 AM. Guests are responsible for any damage made to the property. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to reserve this property. Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed at this property. No events or vendors are permitted. Guests are responsible for reporting any hazardous items within 2 hours of check-in. Children are not child-proofed, and it is the parents' responsibility to child-proof the unit.
