We are a retired couple with two large, friendly dogs residing in a large mid-century home with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. We are renting two of the bedrooms. There is a shared kitchen, laundry room, two living rooms, a dining room and a media room. Room #1 will be available as of July 19, 2026. Bedroom #1 is 160 sq. ft. It has a queen-size adjustable bed, a Smart TV connected to an Amazon Firestick for accessing cable TV, a dresser/desk combination, spacious closet and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. We are renting this room for $1,000 a month including all utilities and Wi-Fi. Room #2 will be available as of Aug 15th, 2026. Bedroom #2 is 225 square feet which currently has two full size beds that can be modified to one. It has a Smart TV connected to an Amazon Firestick for accessing cable TV, two closests, and a private bathroom with dressing area, a tub and separate shower. There is a dressing area with ample storage space and two sinks. We are renting this room for $1200 a month for one and $1400 a month for two people. We have a spacious back yard to relax in with an 8-chair outdoor table and umbrella, and an outdoor bar. Our large, gourmet galley-style eat-in-kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of room for multiple cooks. You will have access to your own refrigerator/freezer shared with the other tenant(s). You will have use of the 12 seat dining room table, two living room areas, a media room, and a shared laundry room. There is ample street parking and public transportation is a block away. We are centrally located to freeway entrances, malls, restaurants, and grocery stores. Our property is a three minute drive to University of the Pacific, 1-1/2 blocks from Delta College, and two blocks from United Education Institute. We are a 5-8 minute drive from all major Stockton hospitals.
