Skate Creek Rd offers one of the most scenic drives in the area, connecting Ashford and Packwood during the summer months. This pet-friendly home prohibits pets on furniture and linens, and pets should not be left unattended. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am, and there is a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy on the property, including outdoor areas. Parties and events are not allowed, with a $500 fine per violation. Use of the fire pit and grill is prohibited during the burn ban. A Ring and Eufy Camera are installed facing the front yard.
