The neighborhood is highly walkable, and Portland is renowned for its bike-friendly infrastructure. TriMet, Portland’s public transit system, provides excellent options for getting around. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm to 7 am. Smoking tobacco or marijuana inside is strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in a $150 penalty. Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines per host discretion and immediate eviction. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150 per guest penalty. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. Unauthorized use of extra beds or bedrooms incurs a fine of $75. Please respect check-in and checkout times.
