Located in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood, this home is 10 minutes from downtown, South Holston Lake, and the Speedway, and 20–25 minutes to Johnson City and Kingsport. All guests must be disclosed prior to check-in. Unauthorized guests may result in additional fees or cancellation. All pets must be disclosed and approved in advance of booking. A $500 fee applies for unauthorized pets. Breed restrictions may apply due to safety considerations. All dogs must be leashed at all times when outside on the property. No aggressive behavior or excessive barking is allowed. Dogs must not be left unattended outside at any time. If left unattended inside, dogs must be crated, in case the landlord or property manager needs to enter for emergency or maintenance. Guests are required to pick up after their pets; additional fees may apply if this is not followed. Violations of this policy may result in reservation cancellation. Parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in a $3,000 fee and immediate removal from the property. Use or distribution of illegal substances is not permitted.
